These terms cover your use of Audio Notes. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Audio Notes lets you submit a link to audio (such as a YouTube video or podcast) and receive a transcript and AI-generated summary. Plans and usage limits are shown on the pricing page.

Your content

You're responsible for the links you submit. Don't submit content you don't have the right to transcribe, or that's illegal, infringing, or otherwise violates a third party's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Accuracy

Transcripts and summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors. Don't rely on them as a substitute for the original audio for anything important.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked on the Subscription page.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
